I just finished a 10/22 build a while ago and now I'm wanting a good bolt action 22. I don't even have time to shoot what I have and can't even afford what I want to buy next. But there is something about working a bolt on a nice gun that just feels so right. That and the brass is easy to control in a vehicle.:D

I hear yah ;). As some of you may know, I am fairly young. Well, about 1 and a half years ago, I decided it was time for me to get just one good bolt action .22. I just wanted one. I looked around, and was amazed to find so many options available. After much research, I fell upon and bought a CZ 452. I thought I was done then, but well, it turns out I wasn't. About 2 months later, I bought my self a Marlin 917VSF with my hardworked money, from doing yardwork. I thought I was done now, but before I knew it, I built my self a custom ruger 10/22. I was now getting addicted. Next thing yah know, I buy myself a benchrest Valmet finnish lion for $1200 . Now the addiction is gaining on me, I just bought yet another .22, a Marlin 2000L. I am preatty much broke now, but cutting peoples lawn, and doing gardening for neigbors is really paying off. I also have about 3 other .22's, such as a Cooey 600, which I am going to sell, a Remington Nylon 66, and another German .22.

I think by the time I am old :)D :D) I am going to need more then just 3 or 4 safes to keep all my rimfires in :D

Jordan.

BTW: So nothings wrong with yah, it happens to just about everyone :D

you 2?

I wanted one target .22 for a club match in August...I now have:

- 10/22...newly pimped
- CIL 180
- BRNO #3 + Match Stock + Target Sights
- Savage Mark II FVT + Laminated Stock + New Scope and Mounts

+ I'm looking for more

The model 4 is just about as smooth as a bolt action can be. If you see one try sliding the bolt back and forward between your thumb and forefinger, it's addictive.

BRNO, have to get one of those eventually. Preferably a model 1 or 4. :D

Ahhh, the addiction...

The model 1, 2, and 5 are all somewhat similar guns being sporter weight, and the #3 and #4 are quite similar being of the heavier target size.

DON'T GET ONE!!! They are indeed too addictive. I made the mistake of listening to Brnomann telling me how good the #1-#5 are on rimfire central and so I bought a #5. Then a #4. Then a #3. Now all I need is a #1 and 2.

My wife's gonna kill me! :(

Too true! I now have three #1's, a rare prototype #2, currently awaiting arrival of my Stecher 455-3 version of a model #3 (unfired...1/40 1950's circa), and a model #4....and I am still on the prowl for mint #5 at some point. I also have a Brno ZKK's in 270 & .223 as well as several CZ 22 LR's. I really like my CZ's....but I love my Brno's. The kicker is I want even more Brno's. Yeah...I guess I am a bit addicted to Brno's and even CZ's.

You and me both. :D

I love the action on my #3 feels more solid then any .22 I have ever shot.

Ah the joys of admitting to ones addictions lol. I've only got a Savage MarkII-G and a 10/22 (for now). Those Brno's look pretty sweet though...

The Kimber SVT has caught my eye, but I think I'll wait untill next year, and I want to fondle one first. My 10/22 (that is no longer stock) is great on gophers if you need a follow up shot when guessing the hold over on longer range shots. Harder to do that with a bolt.
