I think I'm going to get banned from un-escorted trips to Canadian Tire.

Don't think of it in your terms, think of it from a 6 year olds. Mine is a great gun but the report from that barrel is much sharper than my gevarm or even my double badger. Your just close to it than on a full size stock and barrel.

Between rock concerts and working in construction and the oil patch in my 20s and 30s, even the report of my SVT doesn't much bother me anymore. Young developing ears are an entirely different story, and are far more sensitive to the report of a .22 that you might imagine.

I love my daughter, and as my mom used to say about my sisters and I when were were growing up "I don't have any spares, I can't replace them." I'm safety conscious when I'm shooting. I take it to entirely different levels when my daughter or wife are around.

^^^Whoo Hooo! I live in the Calgary area, and need a hair cut and am always in the mood for a new rifle! What could be better!? I know where I'm going tomorrow!
 
The owner is also very nice to deal with. you cant miss it : theres a big black and yellow sign thAt reads GUN SHOP aaaah the time when things were so simple...
