I like it. Wide enough track that you aren't going to spend all day on 1 field. That could really do the trick.... The price could be a factor though.

Heck, you guys can just come up to where I live and get tens of thousands of starlings. They're taking over the local bird population and are EVERYWHERE. I would go out with a .223, but there's no shooting guns in city limits. Pellets just bounce off of them. (No, I didn't use a 1600fps pellet gun)

Anyways, to be back on topic, here, we don't hit very many clays (80% we shoot we pick up and use again :D ) so we don't have much of a problem. However, the clays certainly don't disintegrate into the ground, although the paint does fade.

Live pigeon shooting is an underground sport these days due to animal rights activists. Some in the states but most in Latin America and the Mediteranean. Big bucks sport, some betting tens of thousands of dollars. If your shotgun is not worth at least seven grand you will be not welcome as well.;)

i would bet you could find a live pigeon shoot closer to home than you think
