I want some Quickload .223 data

Need some help from you guys with that Quickload software.

Here's what I'm after:
.223 Loading data and velocities for 53gr barnes TSX and IMR 8208. COAL of 2.200, out of a bolt gun, 18.5" barrel, 1/12 twist.

Also, the same as above for 45gr barnes tsx.

Better to buy a manual. However, there's IMR 8208 data on Hodgdon's site.
