Honestly, .15" does not make a difference when it comes to concealed carry, the WIDTH of the gun does!

Hmmm I would say a Norinco clone of the Mateba auto-revolver.

An impractical gun to begin with, made less reliable by Chinese hands, but it is still an oddity that I would like to own for some reason.

Well, Colt did that in the 60's, except that it was in .38 Special. Blowback 1911, National Match target pistol. A member at my club has one. There's some nice pictures of one here:
