I noticed since i got my Nemesis ( will neck size for my Scout Steyr to)that a rifle with a small (match, undersized, called it what you want) chamber, will respond very good to necksize only, this is the only way i reload now except for my semi rifles that are all full lenght resized... JP.

I measure groups center to center, not outside measurements. If they all went in one hole you would still get the a group measuring .22 inches

He is measuring his groups correctly , if you look again he has it written on the targets ( total outside measurement - .224 (bullet diameter) = actual group size)

If you measure from the outside of one hole, to the inside of the other, it gives you the proper center to center measurement without having to do any math. Nice shooting btw.
