I've been lurking in the forums for a while now and recently joined the group. I am an avid hunter and enjoy the outdoors including fishing and shooting. I recently joined the mission gun club. I began looking for another rifle that would give me more to do at the range other than sight in my hunting rifles. This search of rifles led me to this great site as I have been researching the AR 15 (lots of info here). This site has been a great resource of information and ideas that were previously unknown to me. Thanks all.
Here is a joke to put half a smile on your face to break the ice. This is the best I could do for now but will endevour to do better in the future.
One of the best marksmen in the FBI was passing through a small town. Everywhere he saw evidences of the most amazing shooting. On trees, on walls, and on fences there were numerous bull's-eyes with the bullet hole in dead center. The FBI man asked one of the townsmen if he could meet the person responsible for this wonderful marksmanship. The man turned out to be the village idiot.
"This is the best marksmanship I have ever seen." said the FBI agent. "How in the world do you do it?"
"Nothing to it," said the idiot. "I shoot first and draw the circles afterward."
