Anyway...

Mine are perfect and my experiences with Icearms has been nothing but absolutely perfect. To anyone whe would ask me directly i would recommend Icearms over and over again

Sound's good enough for me......I know I just joined, but I have seen enough forums where guys "swarm like animals" on people to know that there is always two sides to every story.......

I will caution you to do a bit more research before spending your money on an IceArms BCG.
I have no interest in "swarming". I'm one of the lucky ones who received a refund, several weeks after I asked for one.

If you want a quality product from good people, at a reasonable price, I would recommend a Stag BCG from Arms East.
Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly guys.

The fact that sksa1 compares a no-name product to 2! quality manufactures screams to me that he has no idea what he is talking about, and/or is a friend of 'icearms' and trying to un-soil their name... I would not consider his word reliable.

It is your money, spend it as you wish. I personally prefer to support good people who run honest businesses.

OP. gen 1 or 2? I have a Gen 2 US made phosphate I haven't taken apart or used yet. Hoping I don't have any problems. Took forever to get it. It looks much better than the pics of the first Canadian made run however. My ice arms experience was less than stellar as well, no response to email at all, rarely responded to texts, phone was 50/50. Must have been told 3 times its shipping tomorrow and nada. Richard was polite with me at least and I eventually got my product but he needs to do some serious work on his customer service.

Time will tell how we'll the product holds up I guess. I might end up regretting this whole budget build idea. Still have to play Russian Roulet with the Blue Line receiver and see if it'll assemble properly...

Thanks for the heads up about the BCG at Arms East, I didn't know they sold them.

Richard treated the members like s**t on this forum.

For that alone no one should support him or his business.

That and he sullied the name of Dlask due to his business practices.

That's why they no longer deal with each other because of it.

I was to understand from reading everything that it was Dlask that got the BCGs together and ICE was just selling them. That's like blaming the dealer for GM's recall. Oh and I PM'd ICE because I wanted some more facts......answered the TXT right away.

You guys would be interested to know that Stag......gets its BCGS from the SAME job shop......as ICE. Remington and a few other "dealers of parts and products" also get their parts made from the same job shop. I'm going to phone Stag Monday to confirm this before I decide to make a purchase.

now that proves you have no idea what your talking about or you swallowed a big moth full of someones BS. As I know, as do many others in firearms biz , who makes what and and what sub contractors are used.

Ummm........what do you even mean by that? I have no idea what I'm talking about? If I phone Stag and they tell me a job shop is making their stuff.......how is that not knowing what I am talking about? I'm sure that they will not tell me who the job shop is, but "someone" is making Stag's, Remington and ICE's stuff" in the USA. Why is it so far from the truth that they are not all getting their stuff made in the same place? The USA has GIANT machine shops with 200 1/2 million dollar machines sometimes.

Alright. Lets not get too horny and hostile. It's a fact Stag does have there Upper Receivers machined at another shop as given current times they can't keep up with production. So lets let the man ask his questions and see what he finds out.

As for Ice, they may or may not have there BCG's made at a reputable machine shop now but they dropped the ball the first go around with too many people and its there crap customer service that has left many way to upset and disappointed to be willing to give them any more business.

As I said earlier. Administration here wouldn't drop them as a site sponsor if there wasn't justifiable cause.

Lot of that going around latey. How about we let the boys figure a few thing out first and actually contribute some valuable info other than talk about locking threads.

Sometimes these things can turn around.

True. There is not enough time in the day to get rid of all the pointless posts, insults and people promoting illegal activity. I'll take out the trash once, and if we can't keep on topic and keep this from turning into a slug fest it'll be done.

Please play nice.
