I love my dominion arms socom 18. It's non restricted & closest thing to a socom 16 I'll get. It shoots really well & is basically the only gun I've held onto and haven't sold. I wish they made more. Canada ammo still has it listed on their site for $499 lol, but out of stock, of course

What would you suggest as "better"? Im thinking of buying one for Christmas. Mainly for hunting, I know they arent perfect for that role but I love military firearms and having a semi auto with a legal 10 round mag would be a lot of fun. They seem cheaper than most of the hunting bolt actions I see for sale...
