ID some markings

army inspectors Mauser Waffenamt
looks like a pre "black widow" P08, no straw trigger and a dull blueing

Waffenampts Every factory had different ones and multiples. The dirty birds and crooked crosses look correct. Goofle search for Luger P.08 waffenampts by number and you'll find the answers.

....so where do you find my reply to OP being not accurate?

"eagle over 655" was the army (not commercial) Waffenamt for all P08 made by Mauser with S/42, 42 or byf marked on slide, models manuf btw 1935-1941

starting with 1942 the markings were done with "eagle over 135" for the well known P08 "black widow" models...(actually named by an American Luger collector, Ralph Shattuck)

Value depends on a few factors: overall condition, the manufacturer, date of manufacture, the level to which your example can be considered matching and if the magazines are matching as well. Generally speaking, a holster will run $150-$250 if it's nothing super special. German Lugers run from $650 (basic mismatched shooter grade) to about $1000 for a nice condition internally matching example with mismatched mag up to $2500 and higher for high condition rigs with matching mags. Rarer variations bring significantly higher prices. The market for these is quite small in Canada what with it being a prohib however they're still one of the more desirable prohibs that are almost all eligible for 12.7 inheritance so the market will remain as long as the licensees do. For a better value from the real experts here, take some nice pics of the maker marks and all the parts supposed to be matching as well as clear shots of the holster with its markings.

The following video will give you a good sense of what to look for. There are several guides to disassembly online as well if you need.

Not correcting the content just expanding on it. The spelling Waffenampt has an extra letter.

haha ...yeah the correct writing is Waffenamt (WaA) sometime is Reichwaffenamt (RWA) or Heerewaffenamt (HWA)
you will find also special markings made by Technische Lieferbedingungen (TLS) for all Wehrmacht Pruerfaemter depatments (WAPruf)
