Idea for minimum reasonable handgun size.

I have thought about this long before the handgun freeze. My 1862 pocket police is shorter (restricted) than a Luger (prohibited). I stopped trying to make sense out of gun laws along time ago.

The whole barrel length argument is ridiculous with different frame sizes if concealment is truly the basis of the rule.

The only and entire basis of these rules is to annoy gun owners and make gun ownership as onerous as possible so that fewer people choose to own guns. Their goal is to disarm all Canadians. Attempting to assign any other logic to the gun laws in Canada is a waste of time because the only logic is to eliminate civilian gun ownership.

Absolute minimum barrel length should be no less than length of cartridge. Should be more of a suggestion or guideline rather than a criminal law
