Ideas for a blind / camo for a small punt

Let's see or hear what people are using for camo or blind material for their little duck boats. I've got a bunch of old tent poles up in the garage, so I maybe just need some netting or something like that to fit onto a small punt-type boat.

Go buy some burlap. Cheap, easy to paint and light weight. Go to a cut rate fabric shop and buy it by the yard.

Go over to the Base or army surplus and get a cam net, best thing going, use your tent poles and attach the netting with cable ties(zap straps), bingo, boat blind.

burlap works great, and if your really crafty, you can even paint it.

I currently use the burlap, but if I had some extra cash I'd spring for one of the old surplus OD green camo nets. They seem to have more 'depth' and can still be painted or draped with pieces of burlap etc.

S.I.R. has this stuff called quack or quick grass or something. It sells for around $25 and it covers approximately 25 sq. feet. this stuff is awesome!!! it is made from tall grass and is all woven together...get yourself a piece of geo-grid and quick snaps and you have yourself a portable blind...stuff looks and works amazing!!
