Identification help

Anyone know what these sights/bases are and what I should ask for them? Only identifier on them are:
M3WS and M2WS.

I've seen'im glewed to the tawp center of spawt'in scopes to find the target more quickly.
Bestest to git the spawter all lined up awn the target, then glew'im awn.
Makes fur easier target acquisitshun.
