Identify old pistol

I have a old six shot 6 barrell pistol I found in some stuff after my great grandfather passed away It has markings on the barrell that says "allen & thurber Worcester and patented 1873 if somebody out there is knowledgeable about these please contact me and I can email or text pictures I'm trying to find out whatever I can about the pistol and to see if it has any value to sell or trade thanks in advance for any help

Other much more knowledgeable members will likely chime in. It would appear you have an Allen & Thurber Pepperbox. You will get a much better response by posting pics.

Patented 1873? For a pepper box, this should be 1837! Just sayin'...
