SOLVED !!
his wife called me back to look some other gun related stuff.
I seen in the pile , some old factory shotgun ammo with some rust on the brass. old and dirty so I cleaned it up......
I took it to the bench, cut it open....and WALLA,...the same dam powder.

Those old
got 98 good rounds of the stuff. I will pull the powder on the rest. gonna head to the range and try it out . when it stops raining "snowing"
defiantly a factory blend.

I looked at both powders using a bright shop light and a magnifier....same.
Doesn't mean the BURN RATE is the same though ....

How do you determine a start load?

Just because it looks the same does not automatically mean it will have the same burn rate .What extra info leads you to come to this conclusion?
