his wife called me back to look some other gun related stuff.
I seen in the pile , some old factory shotgun ammo with some rust on the brass. old and dirty so I cleaned it up......
I took it to the bench, cut it open....and WALLA,...the same dam powder.
Walla? lol never seen someone spell that phonetically.

Those old FN / Legia /Browning shot shells are very good quality ammo. I used up the last of my stash last fall while hunting pheasants. Worked as well as they did 30 years ago.
Looks can be deceiving sometimes...SOLVED !!

got 98 good rounds of the stuff. I will pull the powder on the rest. gonna head to the range and try it out . when it stops raining "snowing"
defiantly a factory blend.
some extra's I got-
never heard of 32 special.
32 special is an old winchester cartridge. Basically a 30-30 but with 32 (8mm) bullets. I've owned a couple. - dan

What extra info leads you to come to this conclusion?
He said to start by assume it's very fast like Bullseye, which means using a bullseye starting load.
A good way to blow up a gun and risk injuries..toss it.
Just because it looks the same does not automatically mean it will have the same burn rate .
Many extruded powders and ball powders look identical with other extruded or ball powdets but are complelyy different in burning characteristics
