It would be a mossberg magazine. Looks to be an R118 or R119. Missing the short adapter.

This is a mag of a Marlin 922M semi auto... JP.

early Mossberg..most likely a model 152. very hard to find but this one does not have the screw that allows the mag to be loaded with shorts. I have a Marlin 25MN and it is definitely not for it.
