A Bulldog type. Many were Belgian made and sold thru English retailers who placed their own markings such as Cogswell & Harrison etc. Based on a Webley for sure, most likely a RIC pattern. Again, proof marks would be helpful. Should be on the front of the cylinder at least if not in other locations possibly. Some had no serial numbers. Probably an antique but without definite proof of maker/date of manufacture it will be classed as a Prohib. Silly, but thats the way it is. If somebody went crazy with a wire wheel, they may have removed all significant markings other than the serial number shown on right side.
