Identify this stock

Aha, the machine spirit is with me.

Basically it's a stock with a small receiver extension tube and cap/housing for two sliding bars like what you'd see on an MP5. It looks like the bars would rest alongside the receiver when fully collapsed, resulting in a very short overall length.

Can anyone tell me what stock this is?

It looks like an MP5 stock, but I'm not sure if that's just artistic license or if it is an actual product.

Something that came out in 2009 as a prototype and got ####canned due to reliability issues.

There are a few out there floating around in private ownership.
