Identify this stripper clip

I came across this old stripper clip in some of my old stuff, and I don't know what rifle its made for. Can anyone tell me what rifle its its made for? The brass in the picture is a 7.62x54r case.

Buddy, that sure appears to me, to be made for, 7.62 X 51mm NATO. Good ole' FNs, M-14 and copies, etc etc etc......

A .308 Winchester round, should slide right in there.

yup looks just like the 100 or so i have for 7.62x51

should be able to squeeze 8mm mauser in there as well.

It's an old Canadian one for the FN C1 made in October of 1959 by Dominion Arsenals in Quebec.
