identifying Sako 9.3X62

The scroll work on the floor plate usually indicates that it is a Deluxe, looks to me like the stock has been refinnished.
There should be a number on the left hand side of the action that tell you what it is like L61R.
On the bottom of the pistol grip there may be what looks like a bears head, in which case this makes your rifle a Finnbear. FS

it has an enclosed bolt shroud, making it an AIII, an AV, or a L691

doesn't it have any of the above on the receiver?

That's a Sako Deluxe. Probably and AIII or an AV
Only the Deluxe had the bear head on the grip cap but others were called the Finnbear.

The CFC and even Sako themselves are very confused over Sako model names and numbers.

Today I transferred an AV Classic that is registered as an L61R Finnbear...the action is marked AV and the factory paperwork says L61R...go figure.

the CFC has no reference to an AV...or so they say..
