ID'ing a Mosin required

I'm selling off a bunch of my guns and require assistance IDing a Mosin. Its marked 1925, has a hex receiver and is 48' long.

I'm assuming this a regular old M44 marked 1945r

Top one is a 1925 Izhevsk 91/30 that was originally a Dragoon rifle.

Think of it as a 91/30 with a m91 rear sight & solid bands, everything else is pretty much the same. Hand guard is different too but those are usually missing.
