Hi.

I'm wondering what the best IDPA SSP legal holster is for the PPQ (navy)? I have tried searching, but with the huge wealth of information it's hard to determine which holsters fit which guns, and which ones are still IDPA legal vs IPSC legal vs more suited for conceal (iwb) carry, etc. I'd want whatever holster is suitable for OWB right side carry for IDPA. I'd also need mag pouches, and extra mags itself, as the gun only comes with 2. I understand you need a minimum of 3 for idpa?

Is there any one Canadian source for all 3? Holster, mag pouches, and extra mags?

I'm located in Calgary, AB, if that matters. But really, any Canadian source that has all 3 would be fine.

Thanks in advance.

While I'm not sure about the regulations but I have found that Solely Canadian does a great Kydex PPQ holster. Just received mine not to long ago and I'm really impressed. Fit is perfect and the quality is impressive. I like the fact that it is customized to you. (Cant, belt loops, sweat guard). They were great to deal with and was quick to make and get it sent out.
You can order here,

You should review the IDPA Equipment regulations a bit. There is no more generic status for holsters. What could be legal for me, may not be legal for you since they start this dowel rod rule.

I suggest looking at The Shooting Edge, they sell bladetech IDPA paks (Holster and Magazine pouches).

Good Luck.

Yea, I tried both TSE, and CSC, and neither has a holster for the PPQ, or mag pouches.

I understand the 3/4" dowel thing. Anything that sits fairly close to the belt should be fine for me.

That solely Canadian one looks interesting.
