Our club last purchased targets in the spring of 2019. Our source at that time was Down Zero Targets out of Moorefield, ON.
At that time we were paying $88.50 per 100 (for 1,000 targets, before a 10% discount) plus tax and shipping. (Shipping was substantial.)
I recall that we also obtained a quote from Colonel Mustard in Newmarket, ON, that was considerably higher.
I have no idea whether either of these outfits are still around.

But, Action Target will not ship to Canada. Are targets and target repair centers and target pasters okay to order to a U.S. Post Office Box and then go and pick up? I have asked a friend in the CBSA, and he didn't know. He said he'd check, but I'd love to know. If there's no problem going down to the States and picking up targets, Action Target would be the way to go for sure.
Targets are not controlled for export out of the US so you can order them, have them shipped or drive them across the border. I wouldn't try it with something like the exploding targets (might still be legal but you might have to do a lot of explaining it all to the border crossing staff and you still might not get them into the country) but paper is certainly fine.
Well, I'm 15 minutes from the border, so that's excellent news.
