IDPA @ The Marksmen Club

I say we get together on a Saturday morning for breakfast, say at Rainbow for eggs and bangers and come up with some plans for some overs.

But don't forget, the electronic retrievals work very well for back and forth movers.

I'm very interested in and considering a membership at TMC. I'm going throught the tough dicision of selling my 2nd gen G21 and going for a 9mm G17 for Production division in IPSC as well target practice at my home club.

My question is will a 9mm meet minimum requirements for the Defensive Pistol and PPC?

Not at all a problem, you would shoot in SSP. If you want to come out and see what we do, we are shooting this Friday night, start time is 8:00pm. PM me if you are interested and I can give you more details and directions.
 
Was a great night tonight Steve!

I did not have a good night, screwed up each one of my 3 shot stages, but i guess we are all have our bad nights. Every stage had something go wrong lol! first one I engaged teh targets out of sequence, the second I failed to load my new mag correct and started with an unloaded gun lol!! and the third well lol! I guess I should count howmany round in each mag lol!!!!

But hey its all about having fun and shooting! and IDPA fits real well with me. I enjoy all company of all the guys I shoot with.

Wait until you drop the popper that activates a disappearing target with one round in the chamber and an empty mag!:D Now there is when the words, "Opps I just screwed up", really come to mind.

It was fun last night! I wish I had more time to read the magazine before the bandits took the family hostage! I was really getting into that article. Good thing the gun was in the drawer! I saved the whole family with no casualties but the bad guys. LMAO:D
 
tenexx, hedghog, you both have to work, that sucks, this is the reason we have gone to every week. Oh and for every ones FYI, there is 3 Thursdays and 3 Fridays in October....................! 6 shoots next month, oh yahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
