IDPA-- What are you shooting??

right now im shooting a beretta 92. unknown type of holster. i dont own the gun, due to a few problems i cant yet use my gun.

my gun is a smith and wesson m&p 9. using a fobus holster and mag pouches.

Canuck 44. you use a CZ Shadow for SSP? I was about to ask that question. My club has decided to go to IDPA, but I was checking the IDPA rules and it looked like the CZ Shadow was too heavy for SSP (would switch out the extended mag release), and the ESP said no full length dust cover. Does anyone else use the Shadow in IDPA?

I use the shadow as well, changed the grips to thin lightweight aluminum in order to get below the weight restriction.

What Aluminum grips did you buy. Any I have seen are still to heavy to get the weight down to 39oz. Good on you if you were able to. You don't want to travel to a Sanctioned Match only to get DQ'd by being overweight. The gun not you.
