Idpa

"...differences between the two..." Sort of two sides of the same coin. Both are shooting games and nothing more. Neither are in the least bit practical. Best to read the rules for each, then go play both. A guy can't have too much fun shooting.

I guess opinions can vary on what may or may not be practical, yes, both are fun

Yeah, but factoring in all the hits on the wtong tsrgets and no-shoots. ... We're going broke on patches.
I don't believe in no shoots. Hang with the bad guys and you're open season. Just ask Rob Ford.
And need to change those slim Sammy's or something closer to a Rob For size for the blind shooters! After all, there could be a blind competitor come up from Iowa, and it might give me a chance as well!
But I still don't unload and show clear by emptying the mag!! :)

I run IDPA out of the Gormley club ( Target sports ) every Wednesday 7-9 pm. For non members its the club guest fee paid to target sports and $2.00 to our league which covers patches targets and sticks in a league fund. It's located at 404/stouffville rd. pls PM me first as we are almost at capacity for hosting shooters every Wednesday. But for those in Toronto it's a closer option for you. Holster Qualification for non members of Target Sports is a must - IDPA NSO Course with IDPA membership or Black Badge with current membership is equivalent.
