if $850 fell in your lap, what would you buy?

After the $100 for the KTSA membership, you have $750 left. A new member was at the range on Monday night with a new Kimber 84 in 7mm-08. This was the lightest rifle I have ever handled. Wearing a grey kevlar stock and a slim 22" stainless barrel and action, this thing was LIGHT. He had a basic Leupold scope on it, maybe a rifleman, not sure. I would save up and get me one of those, very nice. With $750, you are just over halfway there. :)

With $850 cash to spare? I'd drop it on my next rifle, a Tikka T3 laminate/stainless in a .223 caliber. Unfortunately i'll need another $850 just to buy a Leupold scope....:D

$850?? Definitely a nice 22-250 (Weatherby or Browning make one??? I'll have to check), with lots of ammo. It's almost the only caliber I don't have yet, and I surely do want it! LOL! I like the fact most people are mentioning Marlins, but I've got a few of them already. Nice to see people appreciate them, though.

A nice Progressive shotshell loader in 12ga. The price of shot has gone down to $32 a bag. :)
