If I get a Norc .45 Hi-Cap, are reg 1911 parts usable in them?

I am looking to purchase a Hi-Cap 1911. Probably a Norc one to start, I am wondering, my reg 1911 fits all parts etc for reg 1911's, so does parts for Hi-cap .45 1911's fit the Norc hi-cap one (NP-30) ??

Yes most of the parts interchange. I have no first hand knowledge of this but there are several topics on this here and I have seen the pictures as well. It is also reported to be a great platform for a custom buildup.
