If you could hunt any game in the world, where, and what would it be?

Me, I'd like to hunt a lot of things.
Polar bear for one, on a one on one basis.
African Cape Buffalo for another, with an 86 Winchester in 45-70 thankyou, and no 'guide' to bug me. I am a lone hunter.

My gunsmith went on a cape hunt some years back.The group that went out just before he arrived wounded one(shoulder shot).Gunman and guide went to track.The buff circled upset the jeep an killed two people on board.Took two more shots to kill it as the story went.So alone might not be best bet.

Your right, but that's the way I'd want it.
unfortunately I don't think there is anywhere where it's permitted to hunt without a guide.
Not that I could afford to go anyway.

Remote Alaskan Moose and Grizzly Bear hunt would be amazing...followed the next year with a pronghorn and Elk mixer ...followed by a Turkey Grand Slam. Would love to have the Alaskan trip on tape to relive in the down months.
