IMO these are the same gun! I don't think anyone would notice any difference between them if they were really honest about it. If however you're on the other end of the thing...
Recently I had the chance to shoot a Glock 21C (compensated barrel in 45) and I was amazed at how much I liked it, which is weird because I don't really like shooting Glocks (too light) compared to my 1911.
As has been said, if you're looking to shoot a lot, just get the 17 as it's the cheapest to feed. IF you want to get something interesting get the 21C or the 34... just my opinion.
If you just want to pretend you're a police officer get the 22.
