If I could only have 3 powders - then i'd know the lying liberal jerk offs must have won a majority government, and in that case I'd probably just have to go around their little BS law anyway. I'd have 3, the wife would have 3, the dog would have 3, the mailman would have 3, etc. I really couldn't work with less than 5 powders and even that would be a hardship. I reload everything form antique to modern, handgun, rifle and shotgun; 3 powders isn't enough.
