If I had to pick one, It would be p7m8 for me too, closely followed by p7m13 , p210, and a Python.
 
If we had CCW in this country, I'd get my Colt 1911 brought up to the standard of Jeff Cooper's GSP, with the addition of fixed Novak sights with some personalized touches, but if restricted to only one under our current rules, I'd try to get a Bowen Classic Arms Single Action 3 screw Ruger or a Freedom Arms 43/4" fixed sight SA in .500 Wyoming.

Sounds like you want a Super Blackhawk with a cap and ball cylinder, it would make loading tough, but modern cartridges would fall out of a gun with no loading gate. Of course a custom Old Army with a loading ram, an ejector rod, and loading gate would be cool.

Well then, tell us how you really feel? I don't own one, but figured if the OP only wants an opinion on one gun it might as well be big (really, really big) and cover off all angles (half a rifle as well:p).

That's a pipe bomb with a handle, as far as my interest in shooting one goes lol
 
I've been fortunate enough to shoot a P210 on several occasions. They are nice, but I prefer the P220 X-Six, or if you want to go 9 mm, P226 X-Six. Any of the SAO X-Series guns are awesome!
