If you could pick only one shotgun from this list.....

All guns come with shims and spacers so fit is possible with any modern semi auto . You left out the best one sx3 or 4

While the shims do help, they don't allow us to make all of these guns fit the same. I used the shims, but my A400 still never fit me as well as my SX-3, so I am shooting the SX-3 for waterfowl. If I had to choose from that list, the Maxus, because it fits me right out of the box.

I’m a Benelli man but from that list I’d take the Maxus based on fit. The Vinci does nothing for me, and fits very differently than all other Benellis

One thing that rarely gets talked about when discussing shims is that while they do help adjust the cast and drop of the stock, it also changes the pitch of the stock. And while it may not be noticeable for a slight change, it could potentially change the pitch enough to allow the stock to slide off your shoulder on recoil if the stock is shimmed too much. Best to start with what fits best out of the box and then shim from there.

Browning Maxus does it for me. I’m a southpaw and using the shims provided gave me the fit I needed. So much softer recoil with the gas system vs short recoil in my experience.

You must be one of the lucky ones to have the shims work in your favour . The firearm manufactures spent time and money designing the shims for every possible application. They do work very well . The most innovative upgrade in shotgunning in decades guns will feel different from one to another but that’s not fit .

The only issue with shims, is that the stock is pivoted at one point, which changes the angle of the comb. I consider the angle of the comb to be a part of the fit.
