I got this rig a couple of days ago and I'm in LOVE! The prices are fair as well and the owner is fun to talk to! Use it for my BB-course this weekend.:D

I'm not getting a dime for this, but I think he did a top job! Worth to mention.

The firearm draws very nice. Position, angle etc. very good. That is at least my feeling right now, since I'm a newbie. Even the mags slide out easily, but not too easy. The whole rig was 250 with tax.

Well, for IPSc it's a hell of a lot less than (250/345)*100%=73% as good as a CR speed rig. Waste of money. Big waste of money. Every IPSC shooter I've seen get one trades up to something else.

Get an Uncle Mikes kydex holster, 5 Uncle Mikes mag pouches, and a CR belt. Maybe $100, and the belt will last for a good chunk of the rest of your shooting career.

Laroche is the only guy I'd go to for Cowboy stuff, but IPSC stuff....?

Been looking at these again, as I feel the 1911 needs a little class. If I was to use a meat and potatoes Single stack 1911, I would use something similiar to this set up offered from Laroche. Plastic holsters have there place (all my current gear is plastic), but the leather has its place as well.

For leather go with Galco, price is good and so is the quality. Race holsters make me wanna barf..

Funny, I never noticed what a mean bunch IPSC'ers are until stopped competing regularly...
Guy proudly posts a picture of his newbie rig and everybody trashes it.

Ditto, from on single stack guy to another, you can have the best of
both worlds. Safariland 007 and fully adjustable pouches all in medium
tan leather, in my opinion it's the best.............unfortunately my son
said join the 21st century so I am shooting a 16-40 with JR gear though it is all good I miss my other Kit. ( when he does'nt shoot I use the old kit)

I like it! Nicely done IMHO.
And it beats being a nylon clone. :)
