If you were buying bulk 7x57 brass,

What are you calling bulk???? 50?? 100??? 500?? 1000?

The big question is can you get it so that it is all from the same lot.

Most brass offered today isn't bad. I have my personal preferences but if I am going to use it in one rifle, I really want it all from the same lot. Maker isn't that much of an issue.

Tradex, or one of the other banner advertisers can make sure the order you place is all of the same lot.

If you are only talking about bags of 50-100 pieces then it is likely it will all be the same.

Three years ago I would have said Winchester, but I haven't been impressed with a few lots of it that I've used since - loose primer pockets on the first priming.

I went to Prvi and found it to be good.

I recently loaded some new Winchester .338 brass and found that the primer pockets were loose on unfired brass! Federal brass is starting to look better if that's going to be the new trend. Years ago I ordered a batch of Gevelot 7X57 brass, because it was inexpensive. When it arrived, some was badly tarnished (read green) and I was put off by the small flash-holes, which proved to be a pain to uniform. From what I've seen Prvi makes a good product. I was somewhat taken aback when I compared 285 gr 9.3 bullets from Prvi and Lapua; other than finish, those bullets were identical. The 9.3X62 Prvi brass appears to be excellent, and I would expect no difference with 7X57. The only caution I might raise concerning Euro brass is that sometimes the rim thickness doesn't agree with American shell holders.

I am the kind of gunnut who buys lifetime supplies. I would buy something 500, maybe a thousand... I have a good selection of bullets to play with, so I need a few different sets of brass...

I like Prvi brass.
The last bulk bunch that I got was "Metallverken" brass from Higginson's. Very nice brass and reasonably priced.

I have turned a bunch of .270 win brass into 7x57 with no problems as well.

Just about anything other than Winchester brand will do fine. The Privi stuff is also made for several different companies and just may be what you get when you buy what appears to be an onshore manufacturer.

Norm makes some of the best brass I have ever used. Remington used to rank right in there but now that they farm out the contracts it is hit and miss. Privi seems to be one of the more consistent manufacturers out there and seem to have fixed some of the dimensional issues concerning the rims they had before.

Good for you in buying your components in bulk quantities. It makes life so much easier in the long run.

If you can't find 7X57, 8X57 can be easily re-sized to 7X57. Just lube well and size down in one pass, then trim to length. That's what I did when Prvi was "Out of Stock". I'm not so naïve to think that it will be in stock any time soon, and so waiting was not an option for me.

If you insist on the "correct" headstamp, then this is obviously not an option for you.

There's no such thing as 'lifetime supplies' for reloading components. Even for us geezers. Buying as much as you can afford is not a bad idea though.
Your issue is looking for 7x57 Mauser in bulk. Not a great deal of demand. However, your local gun shop can order whatever you want in whatever quantity you want. Be prepared to pay up front.
Brands will be an issue. Midway, Stateside, while not being an exporter can tell you what's out there and its availability. For example, Winchester 7mm Mauser brass is seasonally made only. Remington appears to be gone, Norma's supply is sporadic and that leaves the pricey Nosler($87.99US per 50. Be more up here.)
Epp's lists the brass, but doesn't give a brand.
