ignoring emails and deleting posts

so now not only are you ignoring my emails you are not also deleting unfavorable posts and you will most likely delete this one too. you have put my ar build on hold for almost a month because you dont respond to emails or answer you phone. nice to see this how you treat paying customers.
 
Who's doing this to you? I have ordered tons online but will not ever again deal with one man and his company. Pm me, I want to know. Whatever happened to freedom of speech.

The whole story is that Simon needs to hire more people or slow down his operation. I understand it's a small business but customers should be informed ahead of time that transfer may not be initiated for 3 weeks after a paid purchase and that emails and facebook messages will not be answered.
 
I've been trying to get a hold of Simon for about a week via IM to follow up on some items that were missing from my order.

He's normally pretty quick at responding, but he's had some health issues, so I'm trying to be patient.

From my previous personal experience he's always come through.

I hope he's okay :(

You got an ar15 cerakote a3 upper
You ordered and m4 upper -a 3x upper with m4 fwed ramps.

You asked for an exchance for one wirh m4 Fred ramps.
Our answer was sorry our mistake please return it

Sorry no we do not. But you csn use thst one it won't make a difference.

If not please return it.
We don't always have the time to go email for email ans ing and again.
As other have said we area small company

But I'm working on trying to find out that happened too you 2nd order.

yes you did respond to that after nearly 3 weeks of me sending you several emails and only after i posted here (which was deleted)and on facebook. i asked you a other question (which im not going to get into on here)and willing to work out another solution as this fde upper took me forever to even find. you have held up my build with the waiting for responses. when a customer asks an question via email then make the time to go email for email. you seem to have plenty of time to post on here and on facebook, then make time to respond to emails. im tired of being patient and waiting weeks for responses. if our other solution i have suggested a couple time that you never answered is not acceptable then mail me a prepaid return shipping label and i will unfortunately return it and begin my search again. hopefully i dont have to wait another few weeks for a response.
