I'm almost speechless seeing this...

Yeah I heard of you at my range... ;)

Im practicing to beat that score... will post my results on CGN so it must be true...

You go ahead and do that, I'm practising doing it blindfolded, when I'm not trying to figure out a way to throw in a 3rd gun.

There's no whining or failure here. I stand nothing to lose or to gain from the actions of any of the participants in the videos. And neither do you. You can either agree or disagee with my opinions.

I will say this. I'm truly curious what the threshold is for some of you in regards to firearms handling in what you would consider un-acceptable given some of the comments made here.

If nobody gets shot or deafened (optional) it's acceptable.

Have none of you ever belong to a range where bump firing was prohibited by your club's executive? Seems to me, I remember a number of past threads discussing this in great detail. If it was so "fun" and "harmless", then why prohibit the acctivity? Of course, you know why. ;)

Nope, never belonged to a rifle range at all. And in spite of not being surrounded by range/safety nazis with myriad rules and regulations when shooting over the last 40years, I have somehow managed to survive. Unscathed even.

Or you can't read English when sober. It clearly says your prostate, not my prostate.

that's a non issue, as the statement implies you do it. and the fact that you brought it up. so the statement "Nothing I've ever posted indicated that I had" is false.

anyhow have fun shooting with all your rules and reg's.

It's a non issue because you're illiterate.

and? i fully agree my English isn't near good, what does that have to do with anything? stop beating around the bush. stop being such a spoil sport and learn to enjoy chicks shooting guns. god forbid someone might have some fun with guns.....

There is no "expiry" date on service offences. You can be charged for anything you've done in service, at any time, even after your release.

LOL you think I'm lying yet you think NIS could get a warrant find out who I am, track me down and then make me testify against those who committed the offence. Or do you think they can scan my brain? :onCrack:

I served my time proudly. Got my certificate of service, tonnes of great memories, tonnes of great pictures; I don't need you to believe me.

The OP was right about full-auto being pretty rare. Besides blanks I only got to do it once. I was an air force officer so not going to say I'm the leading authority on combat arms but we did have issued C7s at BOTC in Chilliwack and at Roads. I'll speak to what I know.

If my criticism of this video diminishes your capacity to enjoy the shooting sports, then I truly feel sorry for you.

It's not your criticism of the video that robs the fun out of our sport, it's your attitude towards anything that you wouldn't think a "range officer" would approve of. It's people like you that encourage ridiculous rules at ranges. Stop assuming people don't know what they're doing.

When you took your firearms safety course or your hunter's safety course (depending on if your province requires one or not), did the instructor not tell you to NEVER discharge a firearm at your intended target unless you are absolutely sure what is behind it? Does that not sound vaguely familiar to anyone?

Are you absolutely sure there are people even remotely close to them downrange? No you're not so why assume that they're not sure? Have you ever been hunting? Do you only take a shot when there's a 50 foot berm behind the deer?

Why do you keep bringing up range officers and club executives? Do you really think they ban things that make sense? We're not allowed to shoot anything but paper at our club. This includes balloons and clay pigeons. Obviously unsafe to shoot those if the club executives banned them right?

I could care less what you thought of that video. What I do care about is people like you in our community that are slowly transforming it into a game of rules and regulations.

I really don't care what these people do. I don't care if they shoot themselves or anyone else due to careless handling. Means nothing to me.
Judging from the length of this thread, you're incessant ranting about it and your arguing, I do believe you DO care and it DOES mean something to you.

Otherwise your just being an
