Pretty happy with what I have at the moment, have two that could be rebarrelled.
have a .22LR bolt, 20ga O/U & SXS, 12ga singleshot, and a pump and an autoloader.
Then a .218Bee singleshot, a .223 singleshot.
A 7-08 bolt,a 7MMRemmag lightweight singleshot, 300Rook singleshot, a 30R SXS, a 300H&H singleshot.
A 338WM bolt, and a 450-400NE singleshot. Also have a 32-40 singleshot for plinking targets.
Been debating rebarreling a Ruger #1 action, but, what to?? The 450-400 shoots a big range of bullet weights, 210 to 400gr, the 7-08 or 7RM does the same, and adds range, the .22LR, the Bee or .223 covers varmints and gophers. The 30R & 300H&H & .338 are all versatile rounds.
The Rook needs a barrel, but again, what to? It's an old gun, can't take high pressure rounds, possibly a 25-20 would be nice there.
The Ruger could become something in a 25 or 26 cal, a 257Roberts, or maybe build it into a target use gun again, in a 6.5 of some form.
