I'm done

Well the 1892 action is certainly different from the Henry; I found the 1892 action is generally better cycling than Henry's, Marlins, 1894's etc. Hence its smoother. Probably not as strong, but for shooting pistol caliber rounds it the way to go if you don't mind an open top receiver. Plus I think the henry is lighter as well. I like the idea of the henry's but the extra 1 or 2 lbs makes a difference, especially if you're carrying it around all day. Enjoy!!

I have the Chiappa 1892 case hardened 20" round barreled rifle in 357Mag. It is smoother than my 2 Henry big boys brass and steel in 357Mag. The front site came off last week after only about 200 rounds thru the rifle. It flew up and landed behind me. Sucks that it was only glued on. Put about 50 rounds thru it after regluing the site on, site still there. The Chiappa is still not as smooth as my Rossi for both 357 and 38. I also have a Ruger 77/357 stainless bolt action rifle with the rotary clip, awesome rifle.
