I'm done!

I got some time off at Christmas & decided to stop ignoring that pile of brass I had in the corner of my garage. So here is the equation, 80lbs of lead, 6lb of powder, 2500-3000 gas checks, 2.5 tubes of lube + alox, 3000 primers (not everything was loaded with lead) & a crap load of time to aneal, trim, size, tumble, cast & finally load = 2500rnd rifle cast, 500 rifle jacketed, 500 45 acp.

Two observations, 1 the lee 10 lb pot can't keep up, i need a 20 & 2 my new auto index press held up just fine. Loading cast is the only way I could afford to do this.

Nobody actually saves money by reloading. You simply get a sh*t pile more shooting for the same amount of money.

I have had a productive winter too. Got over a thousand 223 & 204, about 500 of each left to load. As well 500 22 hornet and a crap load of revolver ammo. Thats just the stuff I shoot alot.

Way behind on my casting and therefore everything else. Its just way too hard to want to go out and do that when never even hits -10 in the winter anymore.
