You have to sign up for the Equipment Exchange forum...look in the stickies on how to do this and general rules and tips......you have to click on user Cp at the top of the page ....then click on join memberships...after you sign up it takes a day or so for the mods to authorize it

You'll get better prices for them if you have bought a few things first and increased your trader rating. Also, pictures help too.
