i'm looking for a side by side shotgun with fish-shaped hammers

hello, I'm trying to track down a side by side shotgun that has hammers shaped like fish.
I was told that it is possibly a spanish or italian make, side by side, 410
I'm having no luck on google...Does anyone have any idea what make or model it could be?

IIRC the El Faisan , a Spanish gun, had hammers like that.

I've been keeping an eye out for an El Faisan with fish-shaped hammers but I still can't even find a good pic of one.

Any other suggestions?
