I'm unsure about how the ATT's work now

Depends on your CFO, we use to have that all included.
Now I think they will want a date. I know for out of province shoots , some have those included on there conditions.
Private sales, depends, if the buyer is picking up at your house, than he would need a ATT from your house, of if you delivered it , same as the PO , att to his place, if you mail it to him , you need a ATT to post office, buyer don't need one to pick up as that is included in the transfer, as long as you tell the registrar that.

They will always ask how is it to be delivered, shipped, picked up , etc.

If the buyer picks it up from my home, no ATT required as it’s at his point of acquisition. I picked up one at the sellers range one time. He needed an ATT to take it there as the transfer was completed but I didn’t need one as it was my point of acquisition. That’s my take on it as how I interpret the regs.

I thought that is what I said.
But yes if he is picking it up that is part of the conditions.
