IMI 223 brass

I was looking through my 223 brass and found I have about 1000 IMI brass, half already prepped. (who knew? ) I hade a bag of RP a bag of IVI & of course FC. With all the brass I have you would think I would have more Win. Now to the question, have you reloaded IMI if so how do you like it. This is for a new rifle & I am about to work up some loads. Thank

No one tried Israeli brass? It was used by CPM in Alberta when they made ammo.

The only IMI brass I've ever used is .41AE pistol brass. Good stuff. Mind you, when I bought it there was nothing else and now there's no .41 AE brass made at all. Very glad I bought the 500.
Your .223 milsurp or commercial IMI? Don't think it matters much though.

I can't speak for the .223 but I've reloaded IVI .308 and it's good stuff, once the fracken primer crimp is gone

Military 5.56 brass is made harder to better withstand the larger diameter chambers and not cause jamming, bottom line any military 5.56 brass is built Ford tough and superior to commercial .223 brass which is softer.

IVI and IMI aren't the same place. The former was given to foreigners by the Socialist F**ks. The latter is Israeli.
