lol. I don't think I've heard of anyone with a STANAG compatible rifle/pistol that isn't stoked that reputable trustworthy retailers are carrying these mags. I didn't have a lot of confidence in the PCV mags, but reading "Israel" in the description of the IMI mags, and the fact that they're carried by CanAmmo makes this a no brainer.

lolwut? It's $30 a mag, that's not exactly outrageous. Try getting a mag for an SVT-40. Even mags for my little old pos lakefield-mossberg Mark II .22 cost over $20 and they're a tiny piece of sheet metal.

If you don't pay taxes and shipping, yes. If you do (and live in Ontario, for example), the price rises to just over $42 a magazine.
Even at that price I'd be tempted but without being able to take a look at them before forking over $120 it's a bit of a no go with me. Pity, I wouldn't mind some.
