IMI Timberwolf .357/.44

I always thought these were pretty cool. I haven't seen too many around. 'Geologist' on here has one I believe as he has posted pics before. Where to find one? Who knows. Put a WTB in the EE and check out some gun shows and keep your fingers crossed.

I’ve owned a few over the years and regretted ever selling them.
Been searching for another with no luck. People that do have them want way to much for them.

I've seen exactly two in about 30 years . That being said , pistol caliber carbines and rifles weren't that common regardless of model until fairly recently in Alberta . Now that you can hunt with 44RM and other pistol rounds , they are showing up in the field more frequently . The Timberwolf isn't common , but they do show up . Good luck and post picks when you find one .

The price goes up because few were brought to North America. Originally intented for american law enforcement as the controls are similar to the Rem 870 shotgun. Very few made it to Canada. I have only seen two. And I have owned both of them.

Rarest is the stainless 44. Never seen one.
I had a 44 and sold it.

Now sadly I am selling my 357.

It is a good deal .......... but I had a hard time looking away from the 7X57 No 1 , and truth be told , I'd rather have the bolt action 44 , but that's just me lol .

Thats a better deal than the guy who got mine got. I traded mine for 25 flats of remington gun club and sts shells. They were about $72 plus tax at the time

I had wanted one for a while so when an acceptable one came up on the EE I bought it at the full asking price immediately. I kept checking until I got the PM telling me it was mine.

That are pretty rare so you just have to pay.

This is why you need a .44mag takedown 1892 clone buddy!
