Question
Can a pistols with a 3 inch or less be imported into the USA?

IE Smith model 36, Lugers or pocket pistols baby browning Walther PPK?

You probably mean EXPORTING them to the USA right? then yes they can be exported, but why aren't you trying to sell them in Canada first? probably easier to do an way less paperwork.

Post and add in the classified section of this forum and see what happens.;)

One thing to remember. Even guns made in the USA are subject to the "sporting use" test for re-import. Some of our 12(6) guns would not be approved for import into the US, including your Baby Browning and PPK.

Trying to have a Colt Combat Python Barrel 3 in sold in the States,and have been told can be brought into the States.
There is a mass sell of of lugers to the States,why not other short barrels?
have to find out were to get the rules?

Export means to leave the country they are in
Import means is to bring them im..

IE sending something to sweeden to switzerland is exporting from Sweeden and importing to switzerland.. I know symantecs... but it's important...
