I ordered online but would like to add something to my order so that it is shipped at the same time. Can I call in the morning to check my options? Are you guys answering the phone?

Due to the most recent developments surrounding COVID-19, we will be suspending operations as of WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2020 for a minimum of 14 days. We are tentatively scheduled to re-open on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2020. If future developments dictate that we suspend operations longer than this date, we will notify you of those updates by E-MAIL prior to April 8, 2020.
 
What exactly is the policy with regards to restricted firearms?

I put in an order for a stripped Colt Canada Lower on the March 19th, and would be surprised if the transfer papers had already gone through. I assume I'll just have to be patient, or what's the plan?

I placed an order a week ago and the tracking numbers aren't working yet. I'm assuming it hasn't shipped due to you guys being busy. Safe to assume that it won't ship for another 2 weeks?

I placed my order last Saturday.
Tuesday at dinner UPS knocked at the door.
3 days in this time of uncertainty is incredible!!!!
