They cost more because Tula made less of them, from what I know anyway. According to vic on gunboards, they are the real deal, not puttogethers or fakes. If its good enough for Vic, its good enough for me

As these'd be imported, would they be subjected to the fancy new UN mandated massacre and deface rifles via engraving law that apparently stops African rebels from using the rifles?
They state on the site that they are all original... But... From the picture they had up, the finish seems indicative of a refurb.
They are already defaced by US importer markings.
They are refurbished, but in my opinion, still nice pieces which will appreciate in value ....
Good buy with the dollar where it is right now ...
Markings for originality can be compared against "all correct" and original versions in the Knowledge Library.
The only thing I don't know for sure is if the new U.N. program that comes into effect here December 1st, will cause any of these imported to have to be stamped on the receiver by a Canadian importer as well. Anyone know this for sure? IMHO, that will affect collector value somewhat.
