Importing bolt from the USA

I apologize for making a thread but the auction is about to end and its a very rare item so please understand

I have been anxiously looking for a 5.56 bolt for my Bushmaster ACR and I have finally found one on GunBrokers.
However, its located in the USA..

I just wanna know, can you guys import an entire bolt assembly?
It will cost around $800 US, so I'm not familiar with the laws regarding items over $500
please help
